Tucked into the Summit Club, Zen Villa began as a narrow existing home that no longer fit the clients’ lifestyle. With a small primary suite and no closet space, the family purchased the adjacent lot and expanded the footprint to create a sanctuary that feels both expansive and deeply restorative.
The bathrooms became a true retreat. A platformed tub set among pebbles, layered lighting, and textured limestone showers brought the sense of an indoor-outdoor spa. Custom vanities were designed to combine function with serenity, including a floating makeup station oriented toward the courtyard.
Signature custom elements anchor the home - such as the hammered stone hearth, designed to double as a side table, and the meticulous layering of textures throughout. The result is a holistic expansion that feels effortless, tranquil, and in harmony with its surroundings.
